By using gogee gogee you agree to these terms. They keep things fair and square between you and us.
Using gogee gogee
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live) and able to enter a contract. Use the app lawfully, and don’t misuse it or try to break it.
Your account
Keep your login secure — you’re responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it any time in Settings → Profile → Delete Account, and we wipe your data within 30 days.
Bookings & payments
When gogee gogee books a flight, hotel, activity, or table, it acts on your behalf with the supplier (Duffel, LiteAPI, Viator, OpenTable). Their terms — price, changes, cancellation, refunds — apply, and prices can change until confirmed. Payments run through Stripe or Apple.
Subscriptions
Plus and Max renew automatically until you cancel. On iOS they’re billed by Apple; elsewhere by Stripe. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan & Billing (or the App Store) and you keep access until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us a license to host and display it so the app can work. Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, or that isn’t yours to share. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.
AI & accuracy
Billie is a best-effort assistant, not a professional advisor. It can be wrong — always confirm bookings, prices, visa rules, and safety information yourself before relying on them.
Location features
Trail and Explore are opt-in and only track your location on trips you turn them on for. You can switch them off any time.
Limits & liability
gogee gogee is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific bookings, prices, or outcomes, and to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental losses. Suppliers are responsible for the travel services they provide.
Ending
You can stop using gogee gogee any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction gogee gogee operates from. Any consumer-protection rights you have where you live still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll post changes here with a new date and flag anything important in the app.
