Using gogee gogee

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live) and able to enter a contract. Use the app lawfully, and don’t misuse it or try to break it.

Your account

Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it any time in Settings → Profile → Delete Account, and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gogee gogee Plus subscription

• gogee gogee Plus is billed through Apple. It is available as an auto-renewing subscription (Plus Monthly or Plus Annual) and as a one-time Trip Pass, which gives you Plus for 14 days and does not renew. The price for your region is shown in the app before you buy.
• Free trial: the annual plan may include a 7-day free trial (an introductory offer for eligible new subscribers). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription and renews each year.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. To restore a past purchase, use Restore Purchases on the Plus screen.
• Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases.
• Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app, in addition to these terms.

Flights, hotels and partner bookings

• Flights and hotels: gogee gogee shows you options and sends you to a partner website (Aviasales for flights; hotel partners where available). Booking and payment happen on the partner’s site under the partner’s terms. gogee gogee does not take payment for flights or hotels and is not a party to those bookings. Price, changes, cancellation and refunds are between you and the partner or the airline or hotel, and prices can change until you confirm there.
• Tours, activities and car rentals work the same way: they are partner links, and booking and payment happen on the partner’s site. Manage those bookings with the partner.
• Restaurants: restaurant links open a search on a third-party site (such as OpenTable). Any reservation is made there, under that site’s terms.
• We may earn a commission from partners at no extra cost to you.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us a license to host, display and process it so the app can work. Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, or that isn’t yours to share. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Community rules

gogee gogee has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post or send anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent or illegal, and don’t impersonate anyone or spam.

• Public text and photos are screened automatically for safety.
• You can report any post, story, comment, message, answer or profile, and block anyone, from within the app.
• We review reports promptly, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts of repeat or serious offenders.

AI and accuracy

Billie and our other AI features are a best-effort assistant, not a professional advisor. With your consent, the content you submit is processed by AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. AI can be wrong. Always confirm bookings, prices, visa rules and safety information yourself before relying on them.

Location features

Maps and nearby use your location while the app is open. Billie Trail is optional and tracks your location in the background only for trips you turn it on for. You can switch it off any time.

Safety and emergencies

The SOS page lists local emergency numbers. It does not contact emergency services for you. In an emergency, call your local emergency number directly.

Limits and liability

gogee gogee is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee specific bookings, prices or outcomes, and to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental losses. Airlines, hotels and partner sites are responsible for the travel services they provide. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law where you live.

Ending

You can stop using gogee gogee any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction, except that consumer-protection rights and venue rights you have under the laws of where you live still apply. Any consumer-protection rights you have where you live still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here with a new date and flag anything important in the app.
