This Privacy Policy explains how gogee gogee (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the gogee gogee mobile app and related services.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, email, and password hash when you sign up.
- Profile information — title, date of birth, phone number, and people-card details you add.
- Automation data — the workflows you create, their schedules, and the outputs of their runs.
- Booking data — flight and hotel reservations you make through gogee gogee, including traveler names and payment confirmations (we never store full card numbers; Stripe handles that).
- Connected services — OAuth tokens for services you link (Gmail, calendar, bank accounts, etc.) stored encrypted.
- Device data — push notification tokens, app version, and basic diagnostic logs.
How we use it
- To run the automations and bookings you ask for.
- To send you notifications about workflow results, booking confirmations, and price alerts you opt into.
- To personalize features like gogee gogee Memory (trip suggestions, contacts, preferences).
- To keep your account secure and debug problems.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
Who we share with
We share only the minimum data needed to deliver a service you requested:
- Stripe — to process payments.
- Duffel, LiteAPI — to book flights and hotels you confirm.
- Plaid — to connect bank accounts you authorize.
- Anthropic — we send your automation prompts to Claude to generate responses. Anthropic does not retain this data for training.
- Resend, Supabase — email delivery and authentication / storage.
Your rights
- Access & export — email us to request a copy of your data.
- Correction — edit your profile and connections directly in the app.
- Deletion — tap Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, workflows, saved trips, people cards, and associated records, and cancels any active subscription.
Children
gogee gogee is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Security
Session tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. All network traffic uses TLS. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable industry practices.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect.
